Privacy Policy
Revision: 2026-06-01. This Policy explains what data Zodigo needs, why it is used, and what settings and rights you have.
Acceptance of the Policy. By using Zodigo, creating an account, entering birth data, enabling notifications, purchasing a subscription, or contacting support, you agree to the processing of data under this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Data you provide. We may process your name or display name, email or login identifier, app language, appearance theme, notification settings, gender, date, time, place of birth, timezone, and birth place coordinates when they are needed for calculations.
Account and authorization data. When you sign in through Apple, Google, email, or another authorization method, we may receive a user identifier, email, name, avatar, or other data that the sign-in provider sends according to your settings with that provider.
Other people's data. For synastry and saved profiles, you may add another person's birth data. Add such data only if you have a lawful basis and, where required, that person's consent.
Data collected automatically. We may receive technical information about the device and app: device type, operating system, app version, language, date and time of requests, IP address, diagnostic events, errors, approximate feature usage, and access status for paid capabilities.
Payments. Payments are processed by the App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or another payment provider. Zodigo receives purchase or subscription status, but does not store card numbers, CVV, or payment credentials.
Why we use data. Data is needed to create an account, calculate the natal chart, transits and compatibility, personalize texts, run AI synthesis, save settings, send push notifications, support users, maintain security, analyze quality, and comply with legal requirements.
Legal bases for processing. Depending on your country, we may process data to perform a contract with you, based on your consent, to comply with the law, to protect our rights and security, and based on Zodigo's legitimate interest: service support, abuse prevention, quality analytics, and product development.
AI features. AI requests pass through the Zodigo backend. The model receives only the context needed for the specific response: calculated placements, brief profile parameters, and the request text. We do not give AI direct access to the database and do not ask the model to use your data outside the specific request.
AI privacy limitation. Do not enter data into AI requests that you do not want processed in the app: medical diagnoses, financial secrets, passwords, documents, intimate details, children's data, or another person's confidential information. AI responses may be processed by a third-party AI provider under our instructions.
Who data may be shared with. We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure, authorization, analytics, crash log, notification, payment, and AI providers when needed for the service to operate. We may also disclose data if required by law, a court, user safety, or protection of Zodigo's rights.
Categories of recipients. Such recipients may include hosting and database providers, authorization, email and support providers, push notifications, payment attribution, App Store and Google Play, RevenueCat, AI providers, analytics, crash reporting, anti-fraud, and professional advisers when necessary and lawful.
Legal requests and security. We may preserve or disclose data if we believe in good faith that it is needed to comply with the law, respond to a government request, investigate violations, protect users, prevent fraud, ensure security, or protect Zodigo's rights, property, and legitimate interests.
Corporate changes. If Zodigo, ERANGEL PRODUCTION MMC, or relevant assets are involved in a reorganization, sale, investment, business transfer, merger, liquidation, or other corporate change, data may be transferred as part of that transaction in compliance with applicable law.
Storage and protection. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: authorization, access separation, server-side processing of sensitive operations, security logging, and configuration protection. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention period. Account and profile data is stored while your account and app features need it. Technical logs and backups may be stored for a limited time. If you delete your account or ask us to delete data, we will delete or anonymize it except where retention is required by law, security, or accounting rules.
Account deletion. You can request deletion of your account and data through the available app feature or by writing to support@zodigo.app. To protect the account, we may ask you to verify your identity. Some data may be temporarily retained in backups, security logs, payment records, or where retention is required by law.
Your settings and rights. You can change profile data, notification settings, and language settings. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, or objection to processing of data. To make a request, contact Zodigo support.
Marketing and service messages. We may send service messages about the account, security, subscription, important changes, and support. Marketing messages, if they appear, can be turned off by the method shown in that message or in settings.
Do Not Track and similar signals. Some devices and browsers may send do-not-track signals. Unless the law requires otherwise, Zodigo may not respond to all such signals because technical standards and requirements depend on the platform and jurisdiction.
Children. Zodigo is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 18, use the app with the consent of a parent or legal representative, especially when using paid features.
International processing. Data may be processed on servers and by providers in Azerbaijan, the United States, the EU, the United Kingdom, and other countries. Data protection laws in these countries may differ from those in your country. By using Zodigo, you understand that such cross-border processing may be necessary for the service to operate.
Operator and contact. The Zodigo app is provided by ERANGEL PRODUCTION MMC (Baku, Azerbaijan). For privacy, account, deletion, correction, or data access questions, write to support@zodigo.app.
Changes to the Policy. We may update the Policy when the product, law, providers, or data processing processes change. The new revision will be shown in the app or published together with the revision date. Continuing to use Zodigo after an update means acceptance of the new revision unless the law requires separate consent.
