The square of Saturn and Lilith creates tension between the need for stability and the dark side of control, fear, shame, and responsibility. Saturn wants order, boundaries, result, status, and maturity. Lilith distorts these themes: the person either drops obligations or overloads themselves to burnout; either breaks agreements or becomes a harsh judge for themselves and others. The golden middle is not found at once.
