Pluto quincunx the South Node shows that old scenarios of control, power, crisis, dependency, fear, or deep attachment no longer fit the current development. Pluto is connected with past experience, but in a quincunx this experience appears as inner discomfort: the person no longer wants to live by the old pattern, yet the body, psyche, or circumstances pull them back toward it.
