The person may be very sensitive, creative, and empathic, but reality sometimes seems too rough. When pain intensifies, Neptune offers fog: fantasy, idealization, a role, dependence, a spiritual explanation, rescuing, escape into art without returning to life. This eases the state, but does not always heal.
