Lilith in the fourth house concerns family, ancestry, home, the mother or parental figure, childhood memory and the inner sense of safety. Here there is often a family theme that people tried not to discuss: shame, exile, a secret, dependence, betrayal, violence, poverty, another person's child, conflict over housing, a heavy female line or an atmosphere of emotional prohibition.
The person may feel early that home is not fully safe. Even if everything looked normal outwardly, there may have been inner anxiety: "we cannot talk about this", "you cannot feel this way", "you must not shame the family".
