Chiron in the fourth house moves paradox into family, home, roots, childhood and the sense of inner safety. A person may grow between two worlds: two homes, different parental systems, different cities, social layers, religious views or family truths. One parent may symbolize order, the other chaos; one pulls toward morality, the other shows roughness, permissiveness or emotional instability.
In early years there is often tension: moves, living with grandparents, rented housing, division of property, parental conflict, the feeling that home is not a completely stable place. Sometimes the child seems to be born into a disputed situation, when someone in the environment was against it, or the family did not know how to accept the child's character.
